Sales tax is only applied to purchases made within the State of South Carolina. Tax charges will appear automatically during your checkout.
You will receive your new Hudson Valley Flower Crowns within 2-4 weeks. Sometimes we do keep items on hand so you may receive these items with in 1-2 weeks. All items are shipped USPS priority unless otherwise noted. You will receive notification when your order ships. We appreciate your patience as we craft your crowns.
The utmost quality and love are put into each piece. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, you may return it to us for inspection. A $30 deposit will be taken before the shipment of your item back to Hudson Valley Flower Crowns. This fee covers the cost of shipping and evaluation. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, the deposit will be refunded and your item will be repaired/replaced. If we determine that the damage is not caused by manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know of repair services available at cost.
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied in anyway please contact us and we will do what we can to resolve your concerns.

Hudson Valley Flower Crowns has made every effort to accurately capture the detail and colors of our products. The colors of products are also affected by the monitor of the user, so we cannot guarantee complete accuracy of all colors. Hudson Valley Flower Crowns makes every attempt to update our site to reflect current product availability, but we reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable. Hudson Valley Flower Crowns is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.
